Have to communicate with tourists in order to prevent and reduce the risk of spreading Coronavirus disease 2019 ( COVID-19 ) while Traveling.
Tour guide, assistant guide, driver and tourist must wear a cloth mask or hygienic mask every time while on duty or while traveling.
To supervise the screening and body’s temperature check of tour guide, assistant guide, driver, car attendant and tourists. If the body’s temperature equal to or more than 37.5 degree Celsius or has a symptoms or fever, cough, sneeze, running nose. Immediately notify the relevant agencies to transfer those who have symptoms to hospital.
Direct everyone to wear a cloth mask or hygienic mask before starting work or traveling every time and throughout the duration of the trip.
Explanation to the tourists about how to take care of themselves every time before the Start of the tour / excursion such as social distancing, putting on / taking off / disposing of masks in a properly correct behavior.
All tourists will be going through body’s temperature check before getting on the vehicle. If found to have a body’s temperature equal to or more than 37.5 degree Celsius or has a symptoms or fever, cough, sneeze, running nose. Immediately notify the relevant agencies to transfer those who have symptoms to hospital.
Practicing good hygiene
Follow hand washing guidelines and ensure all participants wear a protective face covering
Cleaning equipment are provided for all tourists throughout the tour program such as cloth mask / hygienic mask, hand soap and a small bottle or tube of sanitizer gel / alcohol for tourists to carry with them while traveling.
Following cleaning guidelines
If applicable, clean and sanitize accessible spaces before every experience
A daily cleaning and disinfection on the sightseeing vehicle every time after & before using the service by emphasizing on common touch points such as handrails, armrests, backrest handrails, seats windows etc.
Limited group sizes
Limit group to 10 guests or fewer to allow for appropriate social distancing
Avoiding physical contact
Practice social distancing by the relevant local authority
